SENT TO THE XENIOS USA® SALES DEPT.: It means that your order has been confirmed, but not paid by you on our website. It happens if you chose to send the order to Sales Dept. while checking out, for one of the following reasons: the cart weighs more than 2.500 Kg. and thus our website can’t offer you a freight cost; you are placing the order from an out of Europe Country and thus your cart can’t be checked-out; you want to ask some further to our Sales Dept. about chance to be included within the professional operators that can have a special price list for all the Xenios USA® purchases. Should your order features this status, you just have to wait to be contacted back from our Sales Dept. or contact them directly at [email protected]

RECEIVED: It means that your order has been placed and paid and thus received by our store dept. Your order, along with all the input data, once checked and confirmed, will be very soon sent to the warehouse in order to be picked-up, packed and then shipped out. If all input data are fine, orders are usually sent to the warehouse within 12/24 working hours since the time they are placed and paid on our website.

SENT TO THE WAREHOUSE: It means that your order was sent to the warehouse in order to be picked-up, packed and then shipped out. We usually accomplish this process within 24 working hours since the time an order is sent to the warehouse by the web store dept.

SHIPPED: It means that your order was delivered to the carrier. From that time on, you can follow your new gear by using the tracking service of the appointed carrier. The final delivery time of your order may change according to the carrier, the volume of the order and the destination Country and address. It may take from 1 to 4 working days.
PARTIALLY SHIPPED: it means that your order has been split shipped due to a shortage of some items. The order shall be switched in to SHIPPED just when all the items will have been shipped out. When an order is split shipped, you will find more tracking numbers: one per each shipment.

TRACKING N°: This is the tracking ID of your order. You can use this number on the carrier’s website in order to know where exactly is your new gear. If you can’t find a tracking number for your order, it means we are still waiting for it. In some cases, we may receive from the carrier, the tracking number of an order, in 24 working hours since the time we deliver it to their driver.

CARRIER: This is the carrier we gave your order to. It is, of course, the same you have seen on the order’s check out page.

WEB TRACKING: This is the carrier’s website thru which you can track down your order.
