The XRIG™ series can be also manufactured following the heavy-duty features of the MAGNUM™ range of products. Created for those who really need to perform severe workouts, the MAGNUM™ series is a kind of tank-like range of products that can be infinitely overloaded.
At Xenios USA® we have thought that the best way to let some products be manufactured following a kind of next-level bill of specifications. There are some workout tools, such as the Squat Stand, or the Yoke and Sled, or the Utility Flat Bench, or many parts and pre-set configurations of the XRIG™ series, that may be employed to bear tough workouts or quite heavy body-weights, such as the ones of the Strongmen.
Due to those reasons, all mentioned items have been drawn bigger and stronger: they have been drawn in order to comply with the serious overloading tests performed on all the products that aim to belong to the MAGNUM™ series. All products made to belong to the MAGNUM™ series are made with an industrial grade of steel tubes. All square steel tubes are bigger in size – switched from the standard 6×6 cm. to the oversized 8×8 cm. – and in thickness switched from the standard 10 Gauge (3 mm.) or 11 Gauge (3.5 mm) to the oversized 8 Gauge (4.2 mm.).
All MAGNUM™ series products are welded by using a specifically certified Welding robot, commonly involved with the construction of industrial machines like big cranes. All Steel plates and sheets used to manufacture the MAGNUM™ products are thicker than the standard ones. Furthermore, the MAGNUM™ products are tested in order to bear heavier weights: three times higher than their standard counterparts. E.G.: a Magnum Squat Stand is tested to bear up to 1500 kg, so we can say it is almost unbreakable.
All MAGNUM™ products parts are made by using industrial-grade steel tubes that are ready to bear “oversized” workouts. The steel used to make the MAGNUM™ tubes is normally employed in industrial machine constructions, such as the building of cranes.
All square tubes are 8×8 cm. sized and 4.2 mm. thickness (8 Gauges), while all the round tubes are 32 mm. diameter by 4 mm. thickness. All steel plates and brackets are made using no less than 8 mm. thickness steel sheets. All main steel parts are bolted together just by using M16 bolts, coupled with M16 self-locking nuts: up to 300 Nm in tightening strength. All bolts feature safety pvc end-caps so to avoid any chance of injury. All hardware is zinc-plated in order to be rust-proof.
