Track your Order

The Xenios USA® order processing system is thought to let you have your order delivered as soon as possible.

Once your order is placed, the same is processed by our web store dept. within 24h and thus sent to the warehouse to be picked, quality verified, packed and thus shipped to you. If no further information are needed from you, we aim to ship out all web orders within 48 working hours from the time they are placed.

The delivery time of each order may vary according to the carrier and the destination address: from 1 working day up to 3 working days.

Once your order is delivered to the carrier, the same could be followed up by the tracking number and service of the appointed carrier. You could retrieve all the necessary data to follow your order’s delivery on the report page of our "Track Your Order" web service.
