As per the sole purposes of the herein warranty chart, from here in after, “Xenios USA LLC” has to be meant as “Xenios USA LLC, or as one of its International Licensees, Agents and/or Dealers”.
Xenios USA Products, carry a limited two (2) year warranty. Xenios USA LLC will warrant products from defects in material, functionality and workmanship, only to the original owner (who needs to prove his status by having the original purchase document). Xenios USA warranty’s rights are not transferable. The limited two (2) year Warranty of Xenios USA Products is valid only for individual purchasers who bought the Xenios USA Products for personal use. In case a Xenios USA Product was bought by a business entity for commercial or professional uses, the Xenios USA Product Warranty is limited to one (1) year only.
Even though the above said, some Xenios USA Products may carry a shorter or longer limited Warranty, either in case the original purchaser is an individual and in case the same is a business entity(1). Xenios USA Products that carry a special limited Warranty are here below listed. The same products also feature a notice about their special limited Warranty, on their Xenios USA web site product page.
All second-hand Xenios USA Products sold by Xenios USA LLC only, feature the same Warranty terms provided to the Xenios USA brand-new products.
Xenios USA’s Products Warranty time-frame starts from the date of purchase of each product as stated on the original purchase document.
Xenios USA Products also carry a 7-day limited Warranty for evident manufacturing defects, discovered by the original purchaser within 7 days from the delivery of the products.
Should any Xenios USA Product be found damaged or missing upon delivery, purchaser shall be entitled to a product replacement and/or paid-price refund only in case the delivery of the goods was accepted by the rules of inspection and acceptance of a goods delivery. Such rules can be found as a Warning Label on to each shipment package. E.G.: a damaged or missing items delivery that was not accepted as “goods unchecked”, shall void any right of claim of the purchaser. E.G.: shouldn’t the purchaser keep the cartons of a damaged/missing items delivery, the same could not be entitled to be refunded by the freight insurance company appointed for such goods shipment.
The Xenios USA Product Warranty doesn’t provide to the customers any un-conditioning product returning right. Any product returning policy is stated and ruled by each Xenios USA Dealer and/or Reseller according to his own Country Laws and Regulations about the consumers’ rights care. The www.xeniosusa.com on line shop un-conditioning product returning policy can be read within the Sales Terms of the same website.
Xenios USA Warranty validity is always subjected to the previous inspection and judgment of the damaged and/or broken and/or defective product or product’s part/s by Xenios USA LLC. Any warranty claim has to be submitted by the customer to Xenios USA LLC providing all necessary information to judge the claim: e.g.: customer data, original purchase invoice, brief description of the claim defect, photos and/or video or the claim defect, etc.
In case of any warranty incident, Xenios USA LLC, is bond only either to replace the entire product or to replace the found defective product’s part/s. Xenios USA LLC is bond to bear either the cost of the product/part to be replaced and the shipment cost of the same up to the customer’s address. Xenios USA LLC doesn’t provide any repairing service under warranty. Should a customer need a repairing/fixing service, all cost (such as packaging, shipment, manpower etc.) shall be at same customer’s own. Xenios USA LLC shall decide by his own whether a damaged/defective product has to be entirely replaced or fixed by providing to the customer one or more product’s parts to be replaced. Customer will never be allowed to enquiry for an entirely product replacement without being authorized by Xenios USA LLC. The defective/damaged product or product’s part/s disposal shall be always at customer’s responsibility. Should Xenios USA LLC require a damaged/defective product or product’s part/s pick-up, it shall be at Xenios USA LLC own. In case Xenios USA LLC reject a customer’s warranty claim, any shipment cost of the claimed damaged/defective product or product’s part/s from customer to Xenios USA LLC, with inspection purposes, shall be born by the same customer, even in case the same product or product’s part/s shall be found damaged or defective under warranty by Xenios USA LLC.
Xenios USA LLC is not bond by any further purchaser’s own Country laws and regulations on products’ warranty, unless they are issued by the same Country from where goods were invoiced and/or shipped.
Xenios USA Warranty doesn’t apply to any damage occurred to properties and/or persons and/or animals, during the assembling and/or installing procedures of the Xenios USA Products, and/or while they are being used. Any Xenios USA Product carries its own User and Assembly Manual (where required by the kind of the item), along with all the necessary Warnings about the assembling, installing and use of the same product.
Xenios USA Warranty doesn’t apply to the considered standard wear consequences of the use of a product. As mere example: chipping or fading out of painting and/or colors and/or galvanized-finishing is considered normal wear by the use of some of the Xenios USA Products.
To file a Warranty claim about any Xenios USA Product, just go to the Xenios USA Service Desk (link can be found at www.xeniosusa.com ) and fill the required form, or contact the Xenio USA Service Dept. by email at: email@example.com.
Should a Xenios USA Product be bought thru a Dealer or a Reseller, any Warranty claim has to be headed to the same first, by the warranty policies of the Dealer or Reseller the product was bought from.
Xenios USA LLC reserves the right to make changes on the design and/or materials and/or features and/or sizes of any Xenios USA Product, without any formal notice. Xenios USA Products Warranty doesn’t cover any claim for products’ specs and/or features and/or outlook/appearance differences compare with the ones published on to any Xenios USA marketing mean, such as Catalogues, Brochures or Web Sites.
Third Parties distributed Products: warranty on products that are not manufactured or labelled by Xenios USA will be observed in accordance with the original product manufacturer’s warranty rules. Additional warranty information can be found either on the Xenios USA website third Party product pages and on the product pages of the product manufacturer’s website. Examples of third Parties products distributed by Xenios USA LLC are Assault Fitness® products or Concept2® Products.
Any specific issues regarding a Xenios USA Product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
(1) Only for European Countries residents: individual purchasers for personal uses are always entitled to a Limited two (2) year Warranty on all Products, but expandable parts (that carry a 3 month only limited warranty) and Apparel items (that carry a 15 days only limited warranty only in case of manufacturing defects).
