Warranty Xenios USA

Xenios USA products, except for what is mentioned on some special items, carry a limited two year warranty against breakage and damages, for the original owner. Xenios USA “5-year-warranty” products carry a limited 5 year warranty against breakage and damage, for the original owner. Xenios USA products carry a limited 30 day warranty against evident factory manufacturing defects, for the original owner. Xenios USA LLC or one of its international agents and/or dealers (local and/or international), in case of any warranty intervention, will repair or replace the damaged and/or broken items, returned by the customers at their own expense, to be inspected by Xenios USA LLC or one of its international agents and/or dealers (local and/or international). Xenios USA products are not guaranteed against any kind of damage and/or breakage and/or consequence, resulting from their improper use and/or misuse, and/or mishandling, misapplication, alteration or modification, and/or abuse and/or lack of care and maintenance (Please refer to the “Use Guide” and “Care and Maintenance Guide” for the Xenios USA products) The Xenios USA warranty is effective just in respect to the standard rules of use, care and maintenance of Xenios products. The Xenios USA warranty doesn’t cover damages and/or breakage as a consequence of negligence with the use, care, or maintenance of Xenios products. The Xenios USA warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear (for example, chipping or fading of the painted finish on solid steel products is considered normal wear). The Xenios USA warranty is valid for the original purchaser who possesses their original sales documents. Xenios USA’s warranty rights are non transferable. Xenios USA’s warranty time frame begins on the original date of purchase as stated on the original sales documents. Xenios USA’s warranty is always subject to an inspection of the damaged and/or broken products by Xenios USA LLC or one of its international agents and/or dealers (local and/or international). The Xenios USA warranty doesn’t cover removal and/or shipping costs for any Xenios USA products sent by customers to be inspected. Xenios USA’s warranty rules are also effective on the special Xenios products customization processes (Custom-end), provided either directly by Xenios USA LLC and/or through one of its international agents and/or dealers (either local and/or international). In case of any breakage of any Xenios USA products which may be covered under warranty, a formal warranty claim should be submitted to Xenios USA LLC through the warranty form to www.xeniosusa.com, or directly to one of Xenios USA’s international agents and/or dealers (local and/or international). Xenios USA LLC reserves the right to make changes on the design and/or materials of any Xenios USA products, without any formal notice.
