Made from top quality solid, sanded and polished wood, Xenios USA Persian Wooden Clubbells are the ideal tool for learning rotational and swinging drills. They are also a mandatory tool for all MMA athletes who are going to improve their speed. Because of their lightness, they can be also used as a functional training introductory tool for women and junior athletes. Available in sizes ranging from 0.5 to 6 kg.
