Aerobic Kettlebells

The Kettlebells are commonly used to perform Functional Training workouts. Their popularity moved them also into the group training courses. Xenios USA designed a wide range of Group Training Kettlebells, all intended to be used in wooden floor fitness rooms. The Aerobic Kettlebells are made of plastic so they can be dropped on a wooden floor without scratching or damaging it and they have a smooth, comfortable handle. They’re filled with pre-dried sand to their exact weight, ranging from 2. kg to 20 kg., and all sizes come in different colors for easy identification. The Aerobic Kettlebells’ design and colors was studied to be coupled with the Xenios USA Body Toning set*, so to have a “family-design” full set of workout tools for group training courses.
