Rope Med Balls

The Xenios USA ® Rope Medicine Ball is a really special rubber made weighted ball. It can be used to perform really strong swings, even against a wall. It is offered with different weights, starting from 1 Kg. to 7 Kg. The system used to make the rope really safety concern a special rubber knob in to which the rope pass through as it was making a “u-turn”. Thanks to this special knob, the rope, made of a special marine-uses nylon, is not stopped against the ball with an hand-made knot, always not 100% safe ! The rope is then fixed to the ball, on the light-resistance side, with a knot and closed on its farer end with another knot, that is also really useful to stop the hand while swinging the ball. The Xenios USA ® Rope Medicine Balls are made with different diameter, according to their weights: from 19 cm. to 24 cm.
