Technique Plates

Thanks to the recent partnership with the famous US brand, Hitech Plates®, Xenios USA is now proud to add some new, advanced products to its Weight Lifting series. The Technique Plates made by Hitech Plates® are particularly well-known among all USA colleges. Most of the weight lifting coaches are teaching their athletes (especially the junior athletes) the way to perform Cleans and Jerks, using these special polymer plastic-made technique plates. They’re 45cm in diameter, like the traditional bumper plates, but they weigh just 2.5 Kg, 3.75 Kg, and 5 Kg. They each come in a different color for easy identification. Furthermore, Hitech Plates® are made with fully recycled materials so they’re even eco-friendly! The Technique Plates are also really quite useful for learning weight lifting techniques by those who want  to perform Functional and Crossfit® workouts.
