Training Ropes

Xenios USA Training Ropes are made of braided nautical grade nylon. The rope ends are protected by welded PVC caps to prevent nylon braids from fraying.

Xenios USA Training Ropes are available in two sizes, 1.5” (38 mm.) and 2” (50 mm.) thickness (same length: 50’ (15 m.) allowing users to adjust resistance to their own level. Training Ropes come with a special wall mounted ring for hanging ropes to the wall in order to perform all the typical rope swinging exercises. The core idea of a Rope Workout is to keep the Training Ropes moving by holding the rope ends after anchoring it to a fixed point, such as the wall-mounted ring or a gym rack. Due to the inertia, you can intensely train your upper body muscle endurance. If you slow down, losing momentum, the exercise becomes extra challenging because the inertia speed decreases, making the workout extremely effective for increasing muscle strength and endurance.

At one of the smaller Training Rope’s end can be also attached the special ROPE EYELET accessory that is sold separately. It can let the Rope be hung just by one of its ends so to let the workout be more intensive. With this accessory the Rope can be also vertically hung, so to be used as a hiking rope.
