Tank Sand-Bags

The Xenios USA Tank Sand Bags are a useful tool to perform really heavy duty workouts. They are made of one of the strongest kind of CORDURA® , sewn by machine with a triple stitch-line. In addition, there are no buttons or hard zippers, thus avoiding any chance of injury while using. The Tank Sand Bags feature wide and strong webbing multi-grip handles to perform any kind of exercises: pushing, pulling, lifting or launching. The Tank Sand Bags are a further option to the Powerbag. The main workout difference is provided by the more instability of the sand loaded inside the sand bag.

The SMALL size is offered with three filler-bags (Velcro-sealed inner nylon bags, to be loaded with sand*), each one ready to be loaded up to 22 Pounds (10 Kg.), in order to totally get 66 Pounds (30 Kg.).

The BIG Tank Sand Bag is offered with three filler-bags, each one weighing, once loaded, up to 33 Pounds (15 Kg.), in order to totally get 100 Pounds (45 Kg.).

For whom could need extra-power workouts, Xenios USA provide, as separate, both sizes filler-bags, so to get up to 100 Pounds (45 Kg.) with the Small Tank Sand bag and up to 130 Pounds (60 Kg.) with the Big Tank Sand bag !

The Xenios USA Tank Bags, once unloaded, can also be used as useful travel bags.

Xbag™

XBAG™ is distributed by Xenios USA thanks to a partnership with the UK team that developed this amazing workout tool and its training techniques. XBAG™ has allowed sports people and trainers from different fields to really find out what functional training means and which results can be achieved. Introduced in 2003, XBAG™ is a totally functional ‘use anywhere’ soft-to-touch weight system. XBAG™ is made of a strong foam cylinder coated with a special type of PVC, and is loaded with a protective nylon bag, filled with sand*. It is sealed by a strong zipper that is sewn under a protective PVC layer, that avoid any contact with the body while training. XBAG™ features two nylon easy grip wide webbing handles, which allow one to perform hundreds of functional exercises for both the upper and lower body, enhancing coordination and power. XBAG™ training teaches your body to use its core stabilizers efficiently so that transfer of energy can effectively take place during even the most complex movement patterns. XBAG™ is so durable that it can be thrown or dropped without floor damage or injury to people, thanks to its soft construction. XBAG™ can be hit by MMA-ers and it can be also an unstable feet platform to perform stability drills. Although initially developed for use in Elite sports and used by England’s Rugby World cup winning squad, it was then formally adopted by UK armed forces, both with medical rehabilitation teams and as part of physical training resources of the Royal Marines and Parachute Regiments in Iraq and Afghanistan, and is now making its way to gyms as well. Water Bags

Xenios USA Water Bags are made of durable PVC which makes them easy to carry when empty, and resistant to high impacts when filled with water*. Xenios USA Water Bags are available in two options with different capacities: The TRAINING Water Bag can be loaded up to 45 Pounds (20 kg.); the OVERLOAD TRAINING Water Bag can hold up to 77 Pounds (35 kg.) of water. Thanks to their multi-grip Velcro strap handles, Water Bags allow one to perform every functional training exercise, such as Squats, Bulgarian Squats, Military Press, Lunges, side to side Snatches, and so on. Due to the shift of the inside water, the instability increases, making each workout more difficult and intense by also involving stabilizing muscles. It’s ideal for Total Core and stability training. The water filling makes Xenios USA Water Bag extremely comfortable for those who continuously travel and need a light and easy to store training tool. Each Water Bag is provided with a special 5” foot-air-pump in order to adjust the volume of the Water Bag with the air and then load the Water bags with the desired quantity of water.
