Acceleration Tools

The Acceleration Tools are a wide range of items, developed by Xenios USA R&D department in order to provide all needed tools for those who are going to train the velocity and the reactivity of the muscles. Many are the sport activities where these tools can be used, and, among all of them, there are certainly the workouts performed by the Crossfitters, where the speed of each WOD is an important issue. Same it is for the MMA-er workouts, performed to increase the power and the speed of the strikes and the kicks. All Xenios USA Acceleration Tools are made to be employed either within a gym and outdoor.

The exclusive ACCELERATION VEST is made using just heavy duty dual layer, dive-grade neoprene, sewn with large areas of nylon net. It is equipped with many steel rings, all color coded, either on the front side, and on the back side, and on the lateral sides. It comes in five sizes and all of them can fit most of the bodies, thanks to the strong Velcro straps and the adjustable buckle straps sewn on each vest. On the back side of the vest there is also a moving steel ring, for special drills. On the inner back side of the vest there are from 7 to 9 pouches (according to the Vest size) and they can be loaded with the special pre-sealed 1 Kg. ADD-IN WEIGHTED BAGS to increase the intensity of each workout. The bags are all small sized and they are filled with a special low-volume/high-weight pre-dried sand, so to don’t be an handicap while the vest is used. The Vest can be hooked also at a dual-weight-stack cable machine for Personal Trainers.

The ACCELERATION VEST SPIDER KIT is an option available for the Vest. It is made of five short (20”) Elastic Tubes and one Steel Ring with carabiner. The five tubes can be all together hooked at the vest, then anchored all at the same fixed point. The body will be whole pulled and many special drills could be performed. The kit comes in three different level of resistance: Light, Medium and Heavy.

The SHOULDER HARNESS is an alternative solution to the Vest. It can fit all body-structures thanks to its adjustable straps. It features several anchor steel rings and it can be used also with the Power Tubes. For those who would need one or more anchor points, all on the waist area, there are many kinds of belts, all made of neoprene and nylon. The WAIST BELT WITH RINGS features a central back ring (for Power Tubes) and two side-rings, to perform “cat drills”. The FULL POWER BELT is a really strong made neoprene belt. It has a wide front band and the adjustable buckle is on the back of it. It is the perfect tool to be used in conjunction with the Over Power Tube. The 360° RING BELT features a special full moving steel ring so to be free to run toward all directions while hooked, with an elastic tube, either at a fixed point or with a training spotter. The LUXURY ANKLE/WRIST CUFF is a Velcro adjustable nylon strap featuring a side steel ring. The SPRINTER ANKLE CUFF is thought to be worn on the ankle caging also the foot. There are two steel rings: one is on the back of the ankle, while the other one is positioned under the foot-plant. It can be used either to perform standing sprints and to train the rushes from the track & field starting blocks position. The ARM CUFF is made of the same nylon of the Wrist and Ankle cuffs, but it is long enough to embrace all the arm diameters. The LEG CUFF can fit a whole thigh diameter. It features a strong steel ring and it can be hooked at an Elastic Tube in order to perform standing runs, or to train the knee hits. The 24” STRAP ANCHOR is an heavy duty nylon made strap, equipped with a steel ring. It can be used to link the Elastic Tubes at a fixed point, such as a gym rack frame. The STEEL ANCHORING RING WITH CARABINER is an heavy duty steel-made ring, used to gather more tubes to the same anchoring point. It is sold together with a steel carabiner. The ANCHOR BAR WITH RUBBER GRIPS is a chromed steel bar and it can be used to let a training spotter drive the acceleration workouts. Xenios USA has also thought several useful kits.

The core of this range of products are the several MULTI-USE ELASTIC TUBES, all made with a coaxial dual layer natural latex* tube, protected by a colored nylon sleeve, that avoid any injury in case of a tube breakage while in use. The Tubes come with several lengths: 12” (30 cm.), 20” (50 cm.), 51” (130 cm.), 71” (180 cm.), and 9’ (3 m.) for the Power models. All the Elastic Tubes are available in three different level of resistance, each one identified by its own color. Each Elastic Tube can be extended up to three times its length and it is equipped with two steel carabiners, linked to the tube with a proprietary mean, tested to be ready for extreme workouts. The most powerful tubes are the 3 meters POWER, EXTRA POWER and OVER POWER models. They are thought to provide a really high linear variable resistance, to perform amazing sprints, either indoor and outdoor. The OVER POWER (3 cm. diameter) can resist up to 150 Lb (68 Kg.) The Elastic Tubes can be used together one of the several tools, drawn by Xenios USA, to let the Acceleration Tools range be really versatile.

The SPIDER SPRINTER KIT can be used to train all the muscles involved with the sprints. Either the upper limbs and the lower limbs could be hooked at the Elastic Tubes and, thanks to the three different resistance levels pairs of tubes, the power to be applied either at the arms and at the legs could be chosen according to the strength of each one of them.

Plyometric Tools

For those who want to perform plyometric training, Xenios USA offers a range of tools suitable for all plyomteric ability levels. PLYOMETRIC BOXES SET includes heavy duty 3 mm. thick steel boxes which can be safely stacked. Three different heights are available with the Basic Set: 12” (30 cm.), 18” (45 cm.), and 24” (60 cm.). Two different heights are available in the TALL SET: 30” (75 cm.) and 36” (90 cm.). They’re made with a wide top featuring an anti-slip and high density PVC surface. The base of each box frame features anti-slip rubber pads. The TRI-LATERAL PLYOMETRIC PLATFORM is one of the favorite tools of professional Elite teams for training plyometric abilities as well as improving reactivity in direction changes. The platform features three inclined PVC coated planes which can be used simultaneously. Even this tool is sturdily made with a 3 mm. thick square tube frame. The POWER JUMP KIT is a special tool made by Xenios USA. Thanks to this tool, a plyometric workout can be more intense. It’s possible to jump on each one of the Xenios USA Plyo Box, being anchored at the ground (or at the frame of a gym rack), by two Elastic Tubes made of strong dual layer natural latex* (nylon encased). Both tubes can be anchored, at one of their ends, using the Xenios USA strap anchors w/rings, and, on the opposite end, using the Xenios USA Waist Belt w/rings. This special tool will let you perform progressive workouts by using, from time to time, the 3 different tubes’ resistance levels included into the kit. All the Elastic Tubes’ ends are equipped with zinc-plated steel carabiners. All the tubes are 51” (130 cm.) long and can be extended up to 3 times their length.
