Cast Iron Kettlebells

A Kettlebell is a functional training tool that was created in the former U.S.S.R. during the last century and initially called Gyria. It is made of a spherical-shaped weight with an upside-down U-shaped handle. Kettlebells have always been used for synergic training of all the main muscle groups. They are particularly suitable for building explosive strength and agility in drills with loads. Kettlebell training intensely involves stabilizing muscles. Xenios USA Cast Iron Kettlebells are made of RAW cast iron, not finished with synthetic fillers, and are highly impact resistant. All bells are grinding machined in order to have a flat surface with the right and safe grip feeling. Their exclusive Navy Blue color is provided with a special e-coating painting process that let the surface of each Xenios USA Kettlebell last forever, even in case of really tough workouts. What make the Xenios USA Kettlebells really exclusive is their design. Each weight has the drawing prescribed by the RKC® training method: the right handle diameter, an enough wide handle to perform perfect double grip swings and a close-to-the-grip barycenter. Xenios USA Cast Iron Kettlebells feature a removable rubber base that will prevent damage to floors. All rubber bases are enough wide to keep the bells stable while performing the Push-ups. Available in 4 kg weight increments in a range from 4 to 48 kg. Intermediary weights are also available among the smallest sizes and they are generally used for learning Kettlebell training techniques. Steel Olympic Kettlebells

Having been ergonomically designed by Russia's leading Kettlebell lifters and coaches, these Kettlebells are optimally designed for Kettlebell lifting. The professional grade Kettlebells are used by professional Kettlebell athletes worldwide in all international Kettlebell competitions. Made of steel, making them virtually indestructible, they are ergonomically designed for Girevoy Sport (the sport of Kettlebell lifting). They feature consistent dimensions of the weighted base throughout all the weights range (from 8 up to 44 Kg., including the intermediary weight of 18 Kg.), therefore there is no need to change your technique when moving between weights. Each single weight size is colored in compliance with worldwide competition federation regulations. Xenios USA Olympic Kettlebells feature a narrower handle, therefore avoiding any lateral slipping during use. Handles are not coated in order to provide a safe, smooth grip. Xenios USA Olympic Kettlebells are made with a hollow base, then filled with steel plates according to the weight size. Kettlebells Racks

Xenios USA, in order to offer a wide range of storage solutions for its HEAVY-END segment items, designed many useful racks, all manufactured to support the weight of the Heavy-end workout tools. The steel rack frames are 3 mm thick and protected with bonded rust and chip resistant powder coatings. Each rack consists of several pieces assembled with bolts and nuts for easy transport into narrow-access gyms. All the racks are built by using the modern oval tube frame style. The plates racks come either as revolving and as fixed with a vertical shape. The Bumper Plates could be stored onto their special BUMPER PLATES TROLLEY, equipped with oversized wheels. The dumbbells racks are offered either as luxury style with single dumbbell saddles, or basic style, featuring straight dumbbells’ rails (useful to sort the Octagonal Dumbbells), or space-saving style, such as the Beauty Dumbbells Rack. With the barbells racks all Xenios USA bars could be stored either horizontally or vertically. There are also the racks for special items like the Kettlebells, the Med Balls and the Cable Attachments. Xenios USA has also thought to those who need really strong ADJUSTABLE STANDS for loaded bars, while employed with Power Lifting workouts. All the racks are either equipped with strong anti-scratch movement-wheels or anti-slip rubber stands. The Performance training tools racks are all matt-black coated, while the rest of the rack range is metallic-silver coated.
