Xenios USA has several choices of Rubber Dumbbells: PRO-STYLE with the unique and patented design, same as the X-Grips Rubber Olympic Plates; FIXED, featured by their strength and reliability; OCTAGONAL, heavy duty with the best quality/price ratio. Pro-Style are built by assembling several single 100% virgin rubber encased weight plates, while Fixed and Octagonal are built with two virgin rubber encased solid weight-ends. Thanks to the virgin rubber all Xenios USA Rubber Dumbbells’ surfaces are almost everlasting, providing true color-fading proof, odorless and chop-proof features. Pro-Style dumbbells are assembled by combining with the plates, a straight and revolving stainless steel handle, while Fixed dumbbells feature either a straight handle or a contoured handle, both made of hard chromed steel and both having two different diameters, according to the weight of the dumbbell: bigger and safer on over 30 Kg. dumbbells. Octagonal dumbbells feature a chromed steel contoured handle, made with a variable diameter according to the dumbbell’s weight. All Xenios USA Rubber Dumbbells are developed to offer a high safety grade. On Pro-Style Dumbbells each single weight plate is assembled on a steel bar thanks to aeronautic grade counter-sunk oversize zinc bolts, all tightened on the bar, using a dynamometric tool, then sealed with a special fastening compound. Fixed and Octagonal dumbbells are assembled by tightening the handle at the solid weight-ends, with a proprietary “handle expansion process” , further ensured by an inner safety steel roll-pin. Pro-Style Dumbbells are available either in black and in navy-blue. All Xenios USA Rubber Dumbbells series are available up to 50 Kg. with different steps of weight increment according to each series’ features. Pro-Style Rubber Dumbbells have a consistent outer diameter, while Fixed and Octagonal dumbbells have a variable diameter, according to the dumbbell’s weight.

Dumbbells Racks

Xenios USA, in order to offer a wide range of storage solutions for its HEAVY-END segment items, designed many useful racks, all manufactured to support the weight of the Heavy-end workout tools. The steel rack frames are 3 mm thick and protected with bonded rust and chip resistant powder coatings. Each rack consists of several pieces assembled with bolts and nuts for easy transport into narrow-access gyms. All the racks are built by using the modern oval tube frame style. The plates racks come either as revolving and as fixed with a vertical shape. The Bumper Plates could be stored onto their special BUMPER PLATES TROLLEY, equipped with oversized wheels. The dumbbells racks are offered either as luxury style with single dumbbell saddles, or basic style, featuring straight dumbbells’ rails (useful to sort the Octagonal Dumbbells), or space-saving style, such as the Beauty Dumbbells Rack. With the barbells racks all Xenios USA bars could be stored either horizontally or vertically. There are also the racks for special items like the Kettlebells, the Med Balls and the Cable Attachments. Xenios USA has also thought to those who need really strong ADJUSTABLE STANDS for loaded bars, while employed with Power Lifting workouts. All the racks are either equipped with strong anti-scratch movement-wheels or anti-slip rubber stands. The Performance training tools racks are all matt-black coated, while the rest of the rack range is metallic-silver coated.
